How applicant data is handled on the admissions portal.
The AISMIS Admissions portal lets you apply to participating schools without creating a login. Each school publishes its own privacy notice on the apply form when you select that school.
What we collect at application
- Parent or guardian contact details and the child's name
- Your email address for confirmation messages
- Entry point and school selections
- Acceptance of the school's privacy notice (version recorded centrally)
- Stripe payment reference IDs when a fee applies (no card data stored in AISMIS)
Lawful basis
Schools configure lawful basis entries in their Group admin app. Applicant data is processed separately from enrolled pupil records until an application is accepted.
